Professional Summary We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. This role offers comprehensive training under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership, equipping you with the skills to succeed in the mortgage industry. As a Loan Officer, you will guide clients through the loan process, deliver exceptional customer service, and thrive in a competitive, performance-driven environment. No prior mortgage experience is required-we provide full training for candidates with a strong drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities + Train directly under experienced Mortgage Bankers and leadership to learn industry best practices. + Apply proven sales tactics through hands-on coaching and mentorship. + Manage inbound and outbound calls from warm leads generated through multiple referral and lead sources. + Utilize CRM and loan origination systems to track and process applications efficiently. + Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners throughout the loan process. + Participate in team sales meetings, contests, and performance-based incentive programs. + Contribute to a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort, results, and growth. Qualifications + Education/Experience: + Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, military service, or commission-based roles. + Skills & Attributes: + Comprehensive training provided. + Outgoing, competitive, and naturally skilled at building relationships. + Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person). + Highly motivated by financial success, career growth, and performance recognition. + Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments. + Self-starter with the ability to work independently after training. + Organized, proactive, and adept at problem-solving. + Goal-oriented with a strong desire to win, not just work. Pay: Base salary ($30,576) + uncapped bonuses, most people make $85,000 - $125,000 their first year Shift: Standard Monday-Friday between 8-5 Location: Scottsdale, Arizona Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
