Gym Office Manager

Legacy Athletics is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and personable Office Manager to join our team! The Office Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our gymnastics facility — supporting staff, athletes, and parents while maintaining a fun, efficient, and professional atmosphere. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment and enjoys being part of a dynamic team that inspires young athletes.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for parents, athletes, and coaches — providing excellent customer service.
Manage class scheduling, registration, and attendance tracking.
Organize and oversee special events, including camps, clinics, birthday parties, open gyms, and Parent’s Night Out .
Coordinate marketing initiatives and manage social media platforms to promote programs and events.
Oversee billing, payments, and account management.
Maintain and update the gym bulletin board and manage the Athlete of the Month program.
Order and manage inventory for supplies, cleaning products, and toiletries.
Assist with staff communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Ensure the gym environment remains safe, clean, and welcoming for all members.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an office management, customer service, or administrative role (gymnastics or sports facility experience preferred).
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong computer and social media skills.
Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
