Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources (HR) Manager will lead all HR functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive, productive workplace culture. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, driving initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. Promote a positive work environment through engagement programs and communication strategies.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions. Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Performance Management & Development: Oversee performance review processes and coach managers on effective feedback. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees and supervisors.
• Compliance & Policy Administration: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, OSHA, etc.). Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
• HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data trends.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
