Office Manager Assistant (Warehouse)

In this role, you'll be a key pillar for the smooth operation of our warehouse, providing essential support in both HR and shipping logistics.
What You'll Do:
As the Office Manager Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:
HR Assistance: Support HR functions such as the hiring process, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the initial orientation of new employees.
Shipping Logistics: Assist in the coordination and tracking of shipments, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring clear communication with carriers.
Office Management: Handle daily administrative tasks, including email management, file organization, and meeting coordination.
Internal Communication: Serve as a point of contact between warehouse staff and management.
Supply Management: Manage the inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to organize tasks and priorities, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication to effectively interact with staff, suppliers, and customers.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Adaptability: The ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
