Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Living Advisor based in Kansas City, MO. The Senior Living Advisor will provide personalized support to families and individuals seeking senior living options. Day-to-day tasks include assessing clients' needs, guiding them through available assisted living solutions, coordinating visits to communities, and maintaining strong relationships with local healthcare providers and facilities. Additionally, the Senior Living Advisor will ensure clients receive high-quality, unbiased recommendations to meet their unique care requirements. This role will be a 1099 commission only position.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and establish trusted relationships
• Proven track record of successful sales, relationship building, and client satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client cases effectively
• 3 years of experience in eldercare, healthcare, or senior services is highly beneficial
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing, on-site role
• Proficiency in using basic office software tools and systems for documentation and communication
• Professional demeanor with a caring and empathetic approach to working with senior individuals and their families
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation for client visits and facility tours
