VP, Chief Compliance Officer will provide strategic leadership, direction and administrative oversight of the Corporate Compliance Program for the health system and affiliates at Childrens Mercy . This position is responsible for developing strategies to assure the health system and its employees maintain the highest level of compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, internal policies and procedures and that behavior in the health system and its affiliates meet the Corporate Code of Conduct while maintaining effective controls, accurate financial records and efficient operational processes.
