Youth Minister
Location: Towering Oaks Baptist Church, Greeneville, Tennessee
Position Type: Part-time (with potential Full-time dual-role opportunities)
Compensation commensurate with experience.
Are you passionate about guiding young hearts and minds in their walk with Jesus Christ? Do you have a heart for mentoring teens and developing a vibrant, Christ-centered youth ministry? We’re looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and energetic Youth Minister to join our church family!
Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly youth group gatherings, Bible studies, and worship experiences
- Plan and oversee retreats, mission trips, and special events
- Build relationships with students, parents, and volunteers
- Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth into the life of the church
- Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to middle and high school students
Qualifications:
- Definitive ministry calling & sound theology
- Experience working with youth in a ministry setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities
