Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality construction projects in both the private sector and at the State, Local, and Federal levels.

Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and site experience, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Will oversee the daily scheduling labor and planning for all materials to be delivered to the Project Job Site in a timely fashion. Also able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
  • Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts.
  • Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely completion of all project milestones.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Manage on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure project sites are safe
  • Promote and enforce job site safety to meet or exceed OSHA standards.
  • Review and work closely with accounting to process invoices from Subcontractors for Projects per scope and within Budget.
  • Manage Pre-walk measurements, Final Walk Touchup Completion and Management Signoff Forms.
  • Communicate with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Work closely with Management to help resolve any problems or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

  • Experience in project management and coordination within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with contracts related to construction projects and the ability to negotiate terms effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing teams on construction sites.
  • Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations related to construction activities.
